Sirena Yacht revealed its latest range of 35, 42 and 50-metre superyachts at the 2022 Monaco Yacht Show.

These innovative vessels will feature steel hulls and aluminium superstructures, showing a ‘natural progression from the shipyard’s existing models’. To create the range, Sirena has partnered with the exterior designer Luca Vallebona and Van Oossanen Naval Architects. Additionally, the customisable interiors can be catered to each owner.

According to the CEO of Sirena Yachts, Çağın Genç, ‘Our objective is to carry the spacious interior, attention to detail, efficient and sea-worthy hull, and customer-oriented approach to our new line of superyachts’.

Sirena’s latest superyachts have been designed with vast fold-out wings, multi-level gathering spaces, plunge pools and sunpads. Privacy is a key aspect in these types of vessels, which is why the 50-metre owner’s suite is located on a private patio.

The designer, Luca Vallebona, explained, “Sirena superyachts will be sporty, elegant and offer large open spaces. I would like to underline two references to the past that I used for the concepts. The first one is the use of words like patio and pergola that come straight from the classic Latin age, as I am fascinated with this architecture. The other one is the bottom line of the main deck side window that can be seen as nothing else than a sheerline of a beautiful J Class, a timeless symbol of luxury and sportiness’.

In addition to targeting the superyacht market, Sirena also seeks to reach a younger segment. ‘The average age of our owners has decreased by 10 years and is now in the 40-50 age bracket’, noted Genç. This has led to designs that feature ‘less formal and more social’ spaces, without a dedicated dining area.

Sirena already has interested buyers, particularly for the 50-metre model, and the company is ready to build on spec. According to İpek Kıraç, Chairwoman and President of Sirena, ‘Our goal has been to provide yachts that exceed expectations in every size category in which we build’.
